Now who could resist that? ________________________

I HAVE BEEN A TRUE FRIEND WHEN I HAVE ...

Loved as my own soul (De. 13:6). Taken time to get to know them. Been trustworthy. Both shared and ate spiritual manna (Ps. 41:9). Loved at all times (Pr. 17:17). Stuck closer than a brother (Pr. 18:24). Been faithful even when wounded (Pr. 27:6). Given hearty counsel (Pr. 27:9). Been available when trouble comes (Pr. 27:10). Sought to bring outrepparttar best in them (Pr. 27:17). Believed God (Ja. 2:23).

God First

It would go a long way toward keeping Satan within tight reigns were we to:

1.) spend quality time with God, even if we have to schedule an appointment.

2.) seek God's will, even aboverepparttar feelings of others.

3.) learn to discern and detach, a little, from those who manipulate our time with no real intention of following God

(while keeping an open door forrepparttar 129142 time when they don't just want attention, but a real help.)

4.) let go of responsibilities God didn't call us to; works that please man but not Him.

Only when God is first does everything else fall into place.
