Fear is imaginary mountain that hides horizon.

The moment you feel Fear - face it - and eject it - instantly! Every time you feel invisible foe injecting it's venom into your thoughts - STOP!! And YOU re-take control of your thinking process. Outa here! Fear is false, and evil! What you imagine will never come to pass. That's ALWAYS reality so why even think those thoughts?

Learn and practice this, for when has what you Feared ever become your reality?

Fear is greatest inhibitor to progress of mankind.

Conquering Fear!

You and I will always feel Fear. The key is to not feel it for long. Split seconds of time actually. It's a matter of twisting irrational emotion into a usable force for betterment of our own lives.

Make Fear your Motivator! The moment you begin to feel Fear, immediately turn it into fuel you need to keep your fire raging! You feel Fear almost always when something is "worthy" of invading of your comfort zone. Like risk for a much greater gain! Begin to recognize that dark feeling of Fear is in almost all cases a prelude to a brighter future.

Look at it this way, if you DON'T feel Fear over a particular situation, then it's not significant enough to warrant your consideration. That's how powerful an indicator Fear is! And that's all Fear should ever be!

At most, let Fear be but just that momentary Storm before Calm. USE Fear instead of allowing it to use YOU.

My children were a bit confused about Mommy walking around house crying and saying "I am so proud of myself! I did it, I did it! I am so proud!" Four year old Emma asked, "Why are you crying, Mommy? Stop that crying now!" and Katherine, my wise almost ten year old just stood and hugged me.

I reached out towards Emma, who did not understand words while she understood hug.

The hug communicated clearly. Our hearts were entwined.

A critical shift happens when your perspective changes and your heart turns in a different direction. Heart turning eliminates judgement, competition and comparison. It allows individuals to see many perspectives.

Hearts that turn bridge gaps between where you are and where possibilities are desiring for you to go. When hearts do not turn, or worse yet, turn away, gulf widens.

A turning heart awakens change. It literally allows rebirth. It has exponential power over trouble and indifference. It is victorious over darkness. It eclipses death.

In 14th Century, two significant events swept Europe. Black Death (also known as Bubonic Plague) killed by different accounts 1/3 to ½ of population of Europe. It was a time of significant social change as early seeds of Renaissance were taking root.

Although challenging to imagine in a 21st century world, imagine optimism of era and devastation of era. Feel for a moment as energy teetered between two opposing feelings.

Death or Rebirth.

Death and Rebirth.

Rebirth and Death.

Rebirth.

Turning hearts birth eras.

The key figure in earliest glimmerings of this rebirth was Francisco Petrarch: Italian cleric, poet laureate, philosopher. Renaissance Man. With his heart, he wrote these words in reference to himself in one of his famous letters: "an insignificant and obscure name will scarcely penetrate far in either time or space." And here you sit, reading his words 7 Centuries later.

We remember how a self proclaimed insignificant figure together with his contemporaries changed face of history.

What happened?

Hearts turned and lives changed. Just like today in your life, when hearts turn, lives will continue to change. The seeds of transformation are sown by brave few who say "Yes!" as they subtly shift towards their destiny.

Henry Ford said these words: "The man who is too set to change is dead already. The funeral is a mere detail." Allow yourself to reawaken, become fully alive, rebirth.

Turn your heart towards your destiny.
