As readers are top priority when writing, reader must know exactly what is going on. Do not leave small things out. Do not let reader wonder what happened between point A and point B, unless of course it’s a murder mystery then things change but for most part this holds true.

If you have done things story, essay, research project or whatever else you happen to be writing, will almost be ready. Just be sure to follow some guidelines along way. Write it in some order, such as chronologically or “flash-back” style. Just don’t lose track of your readers.

If all of these can be accomplished smoothly and researched properly your story is now complete. Jump up and down and pat yourself on back because you have done it.

Are you wondering about all "/" and "'" marks in ezines you receive? Those are separating trigger words to "hide" them from sp'am blockers. Just one more job for ezine publisher!

What about spelling and grammar? Well, I'm not as worried about grammar as I am about spelling. Having been an Office Manager for over 20 years, those spelling mistakes are just plain irritating. I do take into account fact that author/ad writer may not use English as his/her first language. But sometimes people get in a hurry and just "don't bother" with spelling.

Another irritant? Long URL addresses. Some of those babies are really long! So, when I have gone through and formatted length of lines of my ezine, there's one that always goes way out past that line length. I think it looks unprofessional. Use one of many text formatting utilities out there. Two of them are: http://tinyurl.Com and http://snipurl.Com. I suppose i could "snip" them myself, but with all ads I get, that could take a long time too! There's also probability that someone will "steal" your commission by entering his own affiliate ID.

So, please take a few minutes to format your ads and spell check your articles. It's to your benefit as well as to benefit of newsletter publisher. You are writing article to be read - and published...Right?
