It Takes All of Its Parts to Make a Car!Written by Melvin Lewis Thomas

Do not be concerned about wars and rumors of wars, about light workers or dark workers, about who is in spirit and who is incarnate. Know in your heart that all serve a useful function by providing counterbalanced control. All are safety mechanisms to bleed off unsafe energy when there is an excess and impetus when there is a deficit, all while providing cohesive guidance for where we are going. Thus we are all on a journey together, as parts of creation, motoring safely towards a new and brighter destination as one vehicle. It takes all of us to make this work. Be at peace within yourself and know that journey is safe and destination assured. Then we make it as one. It takes all of its parts to make a reality! About Melvin Lewis Thomas - I grew up in one of most beautiful places in world, Sedona, heart of Red Rock Country in Arizona. My college education molded me as a scientist with things as my subjects. Working at medical and human research laboratories, and as a teacher, shifted my focus to people. Eventually I became a metascientist and life became my focus, with reality my laboratory. That path led to this book. Along way I changed jobs and even careers when what I was doing was no longer of interest. I grasped it, then moved on: stepping-stones in process of education; process never ends.

In both cases I felt compassion and sadness. And empathy as well because I to struggle with my own internal "party pooper" at times, voice in me that doesn't play and would rather keep my nose relentlessly to grindstone of life. Fortunately, I have come to realize that when my inner "party pooper" takes over, I doomed. My energy drains, my humor goes, my enthusiasm dies, my temperament sours and I feel like a dark and rainy day. In other words I now I am having a full blown "vitality leak." It is at times like these, when I am dragging on floor and feeling very sorry for myself that I must remind myself that playing in life is not optional for my spirit. It is mandatory! In fact I believe that we all need to let go, lighten up, and engage in soul nurturing fun as much as we need oxygen to breath. So, if your vitality is lagging, return to balance by coloring, dancing, singing, laughing, telling jokes, making funny faces in mirror or whatever other ridiculous thing you can think of, and enjoy hit of life that it will bring. It's good for your spirit, and what is good for your spirit is good for everyone's spirit.
