I also decided to develop my conscious or unconscious skills. I studied NLP, Timeline, Covey techniques and many more. I found all of these techniques fascinating.

I enthusiastically traveled bothrepparttar healing and practitioner routes. After three years I discovered, they wererepparttar 123480 same route. As I grew within myself I discovered they were all parts of a toolkit to help inrepparttar 123481 process of healing.

It was always about my personal growth. Whether I was working upon myself or another person, I was always facing a part of my own transition. Whateverrepparttar 123482 issue, I felt that when I was ready, I was always supplied withrepparttar 123483 true answer. I often did not understandrepparttar 123484 question posed, but trusted inrepparttar 123485 answer. The gift, my faith began to take on a more powerful role in my life.

People ask me what has changed in my life. All I can say is that I have experienced and continue to experience greater feelings of peace, joy and happiness than ever before in my life.

I felt my passed was spent swimming againstrepparttar 123486 current. Now I spend a great deal of time in still warm waters. At times I also experiencerepparttar 123487 joy of being ‘inrepparttar 123488 flow' and moving withrepparttar 123489 current; an astonishing experience.

If I get down, it is only for short periods before I bounce back. Inrepparttar 123490 past depressions stayed with me for days or even weeks. In fact as I look back with hindsight upon my earlier life I believe I felt depressed for most of it.

I have stopped blaming other for events that happen in my life and take responsibility for every aspect of my life. I sometimes knee-jerk into blame, but I soon recover and see it differently. A most empowering feeling

As I felt many ofrepparttar 123491 fears and worries leave my life, I was better able to be me and empathize with others.

My role was only ever to heal myself. Also to help others, if I can, dorepparttar 123492 same.

Many of us travel a path of pain and depression. Whilst buried in this illusion, many just wish to create or own physical demise, as I did.

If you are in this place there is another way. You do not have to develop a life threatening illness to begin change. It is up to you.

I read that and consideredrepparttar case closed. How fortunate someone who’d been there knew what to do. But there was no response andrepparttar 123479 sympathy cards kept flowing in. Two days later another e-note: “I’ll repeat. Let your tax dollars do something for you for a change. Callrepparttar 123480 FBI. It’s what they do.”

Butrepparttar 123481 list is still talking about what to do.

BACK TO MOTHER THERESA

Pamela continued, “Mother Theresa was unmistakably in command. I will NEVER forget it. Everything I read about her since that time has more resonance, more depth, more meaning inrepparttar 123482 light of her as this Commander-in-Chief.”

When I had proposed Mother Theresa torepparttar 123483 class, what I was after was Intentionality. It’s one ofrepparttar 123484 highest-level EQ competencies - meaning what you say and saying what you mean, getting it done, and being accountable to yourself for your motives.

There’s nothing ^soft^ about compassion, or Intentionality, or emotional intelligence. EQ is what drives it all.

"There should be less talk,” said Mother Theresa. “A preaching point is not a meeting point. What do you do then? Take a broom and clean someone's house. That says enough."

Work on your Intentionality. It will make your life work better for you.
