You are Head Strong if you typically: ·Over-analyze people, things, and situations ·Consider practical side of issue ·Rationalize your behavior to yourself and to others ·Consider yourself first in situations ·Prefer thinking over feeling ·Ignore feelings contrary to your thinking when making decisions ·Hide your emotions ·Like to plan ahead ·Like to be in control ·Use word NO a lot You are Heart Strong if you typically: ·Are sensitive and emotional ·Consider impractical side of issue ·Feel things in pit of your stomach ·Consider others first in situations ·Prefer feeling over thinking ·Ignore thoughts contrary to your feelings when making decisions ·Show your emotions ·Like to go with flow ·Like to make others feel good ·Use word YES a lot Both are ways of “sensing,” but in order to be a more effective decision-maker, you need to use them in conjunction. On occasion, it may be more appropriate to listen with your heart, as it will provide direction that you need to go. Other times, you may find that tapping into your head can save you from making “miss-takes” in your career. The key is to pick up on coincidences, signs, and other external messages by filtering them through both faculties to get most accurate “reading.” The real secret to intuitive guidance is to let your inner soul be your guide.

Continued from page 1 assume that information you read in forums is correct, most people who post have good intentions but there is no harm in “checking out” their claims. For example, I’m currently researching/writing an ebook on sports fishing, I’ve travelled forums to see what questions people are asking. I pay attention to most common complaints, head to library and pick up books on subject and read them word for word. Then I either put findings in my own words, or, if I’m still not sure about facts I call publishers and ask assistance in contacting author of a book. I recently did this, made contact with an expert in field (they knew I was writing a book) they contacted me on my toll free number that I gave them. I had a telephone conversation with person I needed to talk to. As it turns out he offered to send me even more information absolutely free! Why? Because I had guts and smarts to confirm AND make sure information I was collecting was factual and true to every word. Apply these same tactics to your business planning, once you’ve done your research then you have to ask yourself “Is this something I really want to do? Can I handle or do I want added responsibility?” Do some soul searching, take your time and consider all your options before “jumping in” to first opportunity that presents itself. With enough research and preparation your chances of succeeding are that much greater, and we all want success in our lives. Take your time and do it right first time.
