"I Don't Have Enough Time"Written by Wendy Hearn
Continued from page 1
Not having enough time is an acceptable excuse for most people nowadays. However, you need to be aware that this may be keeping you stuck in many areas of your life and business. This excuse of not having enough time stops you from exploring opportunities. It's also a way to keep busy and really believe you don't have enough time. The mental energy that's used up in thinking about not having enough time, could be used to free up extra time. When you're totally focused on task you're doing, you'll achieve things much more quickly. Focused attention allows us to achieve more. As I mentioned earlier, it's your attitude of mind that counts here and when you start thinking "I have more than enough time for all I want to do", you start opening up possibilities. This attitude allows you to focus and not waste time. It also puts you into a frame of mind so that you look for ways to find this time. When you approach a task with attitude of having more than enough time for everything else in your life, task is likely to be completed much more quickly because your attention is focused and less thought is wasted. When you hear yourself say "I don't have enough time", I encourage you to stop and reflect for a few seconds to consider what really lies behind this excuse. Then turn it around to "I have more than enough time" and see what that allows you to do.

| | Connecticut Cracks Down on Illegal Health Insurance PlansWritten by Tony Novak
Continued from page 1
Tony Novak, MBA, MT, Online Adviser at MedSave.com suggests that consumers keep in mind simple principal “If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is…”. There are no bargains or great deals in health insurance. If one health insurance plan costs less than another, that is only because it provides less coverage. Make sure that you know specifically what coverage you are giving up before enrolling in a low cost health insurance plan. As long as a plan is fully insured and agent is also licensed and insured, then it is OK to save money by choosing a plan that eliminates coverage that you do not need. For example, if you don’t need maternity coverage or pre-existing condition coverage, then it is safe to buy a plan that costs only half as much as a health plan that does include this coverage. Novak emphasizes that these buying guidelines apply to residents of all states, not just Connecticut. Unfortunately, too many small businesses buy lowest cost health plan they can find without really understanding reason for cost difference or risks they may be taking with lower cost plan. MedSave.com also adds that Connecticut crackdown did not affect any of its health plans. All MedSave.com health plans are fully insured and licensed in state where they are offered.
