TOO MUCH INFORMATION Bear in mind that you may have most beautiful site ever created but without excellent content your site will have no meaning. People pay a fortune to have sites created boasting loud music, flashy flash presentations and all other hype so common on web sites these days. In truth all that extra stuff can be of very little significance without meaningful content. Most people are seeking information, not flamboyant pictures. I do believe layout, style and design of a web site is critical to its success but all overdone, heavy-duty sites have become boring.

We grow impatient if site loads slowly and even more impatient if each subsequent page takes forever to appear. No matter how beautiful your site, if it takes forever to load, you'll lose your viewers before they've had a chance to read first word on your site. Additionally, if there are too many visuals and auditory sounds on your site it can be disturbing to majority who come to visit. Keep it simple.

If your goal is to have people come back to your site or to continuously read your articles, take time to provide practical, interesting content minus hype. The best suggestion is to write honestly, plainly and concisely.

Now don't turn me off. I'm not preaching philosophy or religion...although Bible states this same law over and over. And it is a law. YOUR ANGRY WORDS WILL RETURN...AND YOU WILL BE STUNG. This law is in operation at all times no matter what you believe and you ignore it at your own peril.

Of course, you can use same law to your advantage. Your good words...kind words...encouraging words...helpful words, will also return. And they have ability to bless socks off of you.

Don't bother trying to test this law. It's too difficult because fulfillment of law is often unrecognizable.

You can send out a million kindly words with little evidence of a return. But then one day, you may discover how right your world has become. You feel good. Things are going wonderfully well. You may not be able to relate what is happening with your good words but connection will be there.

However, there is one thing you can test. Go ahead and write that hostile, rude and angry letter. Send it. Then ask yourself how you feel.

Next, write an encouraging note to someone you don't know. Perhaps a congratulations for an accomplishment or a well- written article. Now, ask yourself again, how do you feel? Which of two feelings would you like to take into tomorrow? Which feeling do you think will have most positive effect on your future.

Think about that next time you decide to send out words with a sting. Do you really want to be stung in return...because you will be. It's a law of life.
