- sub-categorize folders within your Information Overload Folder, which pertains to a lot of email you get with information and you do not have time to read, or ENERGY to read. Name folders as you go along, such as Autoresponder information, marketing information, advertising information. This is all stuff you do want to read, but your brain can't handle it at moment.

- File all emails and information into these files that you just cannot bare to open and read. Why read something that you are NOT into at that time.

This is a very simple system. When you get into mood or you have energy, start getting into one folder at a time and read information. You can do this with ezines too. Sometimes you are just not in mood to read it. However, you love ezine, and fear there is something you will miss. Make a folder strictly for ezines, and then categorize each one after each ezine you are subscribed to. Makes things a whole lot easier when you read something that you are in mood to read.

The information available on internet is just overwhelming. No one is expected to keep up with it, and no is going to. There is just too much happening all time to keep up pace. That is wonders of world wide web. It never ceases to amaze me.

Remember: Also look for their listing in association's directory. That way you know they haven't just stolen a graphic and are pretending to be a member.

Other things you should do:

- Contact actual people of any testimonies that are given. This can shed a lot of light on business in question.

- Check out company at your local Better Business Bureau and Attorney Generals office in your area.

- Make sure all phone numbers to company are working numbers. Call them or check with local phone companies and directories to see who phone number is listed to.

- Look for a street address for sending payments. Never send to a PO Box. If they refuse to give street address to you, that is a good indication that there is something not quite right.

These are just a few things you need to get in a habit of doing. Even if it seems like a huge pain, it is best action to take for yourself. No one else will be looking out for you. Your Caution is Required.
