5.Learn to meditate. Everyday, we need a little time alone to contemplate on our life – what we want, what we need and how to get it… Sometimes a silence to soothe your mind is indispensable. Try yoga and other stuff to appease you.
6.Try to get some help. If
loads are too heavy then ask for help. You can outsource if you need to.
