It’s notrepparttar right time. I was going to but “john” beat me to it The market place is too full atrepparttar 122700 moment The world is not ready for my idea yet They forecast that there will be a recession this year. I was thinking of it but they promoted me at work so…. Etc. etc. etc. Whatever your action needs to be you need to start now. There is never a right time. There is only now. Whatever is past is past and thinking of what has happened can only cause doubt and stop you progressing. You have no idea whatrepparttar 122701 future holds for you so there is no point in trying to second guess what may happen and build plans in case. You only have now. There is never any time but now and there never will be any time but now. Therefore whatever you need to do to start to reach your goals has to be taken now inrepparttar 122702 job you are in or withrepparttar 122703 people you are with or inrepparttar 122704 situation you are in. It is crucial that your thoughts and actions are fused together. So just for a moment, sit quietly and meditate on what it is you want to achieve. Allow your thoughts to flow. Don’t edit your thoughts, just let them flow. Keep in your mind your goal andrepparttar 122705 way forward will gradually become clear to you. The secret to findingrepparttar 122706 right action is to hold your goal firmly in your mind at all times and ask yourself: What do I need to do now that will help me achieve this goal? Don’t try to invent or create a way forward. Just stop and think. The way forward is most probably linked to what you are already doing. All you may need to do is look at it with new eyes. Look at your current actions inrepparttar 122707 light of your focus, your current goal in life. To avoid being labelled average and have an enjoyable and fulfilling life all you need to do is focus on your goal, keep focussed at all times, believe you will achieve and takerepparttar 122708 necessary action as and when it presents itself. Overcoming Fear of Change

Written by Chris Green

Continued from page 1

Here’s a couple of great ideas to further help keeprepparttar fear of change at bay by limitingrepparttar 122699 routines you perform in life. Use them to stimulate your own ideas:

 Start and finish work at different times each day – if work allows. Can also varyrepparttar 122700 times you have lunch – and where you eat lunch. Can you varyrepparttar 122701 routes you take to and fromrepparttar 122702 workplace?

 Eat a different breakfast each day. Most people eatrepparttar 122703 same breakfast everyday. Can you vary it? And try not to get inrepparttar 122704 routine of eatingrepparttar 122705 same meal on a particular day. E.g. Tuesday is pot roast, Friday is fish, Saturday is steak.

 Shop at different supermarkets. Many people shop atrepparttar 122706 same stores onrepparttar 122707 same day every week. Try different ones, different days.

 Try a different cuisine every week. I love cooking and I like to try as many different dishes as I can. One idea I use is to pick a country and try a couple of recipes from there. You could also use states and regions. It’s a great way of varyingrepparttar 122708 diet and learning about other cultures.

 Visit somewhere new at least once a month. This could be a new town or country, a new restaurant, a new museum, theatre, park wherever you can think of!

 Avoidrepparttar 122709 temptation to watch television every night. Read a book, surfrepparttar 122710 Internet, attend a night-school class, workout, go torepparttar 122711 movies –repparttar 122712 idea here is not to just slump in front ofrepparttar 122713 TV every night.

OK, I know these are basic ideas but they are effective in helping to break mundane routines. Routine really can make life a bit of a dull plod, so please do try and use these ideas to help you break free from them. And please don’t rush into making major changes as it can be overwhelming. Take it nice and slow by making small adjustments to make life less of a routine and to slowly getrepparttar 122714 mind to accept changes when they come.

It’s so important to demonstrate torepparttar 122715 subconscious that YOU are in control and that you will not let fear of change control you. If you let it, your imagination will set boundaries onrepparttar 122716 amount of happiness you can get from life. The biggest weapon it will use to stop you from embracing life-enhancing change is FEAR.

Why let it get away with it?
