Christmas Cooking

Again planning is very important. You don't have to do it all yourself. Ask members of your family to bring something along. This wayrepparttar chore is shared amongst many and everyone can feel like they have contributed.

See what preparations can be made a few days before hand. The plum pudding and mince tarts can be made weeks before hand. Do what you can, but make sure everything is stored at a safe temperature. You can washrepparttar 130495 potatoes but they will go black if you peel them. Dealing withrepparttar 130496 Unpleasant Relatives

At Christmas time we can be thrown together with people that we would really rather not have anything with. Do your best to be pleasant to them but if they crossrepparttar 130497 line and say something that is rude stay calm. Do not attack them back; let them know that you do not appreciate their comments and that you would rather here positive comments about yourself and other members of your family.

Do your best not to letrepparttar 130498 comments of one person spoil your day. Try not to dwell on any negativity. Instead think aboutrepparttar 130499 things you are enjoying aboutrepparttar 130500 day and go and find someone you do get along well with and talk to them.

Alcohol can increase your emotional reactions to any situation so only drink in moderation.

One final word

Make sure that you look after yourself with appropriate exercise, relaxation, sleep and a healthy diet onrepparttar 130501 days leading up to Christmas. When we are feeling fit and energetic we are able to cope so much more easily withrepparttar 130502 ups and downs of life. However if we are already feeling tired and stressed any little thing can overwhelm us and this can make Christmas day more tension and tiresome.

Have a great Christmas

1. debt-free 2. have a child 3. create a larger profit 4. achieve a specific income 5. buy a car 6. purchase a home 7. take vacation or 8. investment your money 9. quit work 10. sell your business .

You getrepparttar picture. This is a project that requires a little time. The energy is yours to direct where you want.

Another guide to goals; keep them SMART. Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and True. If you want a car, make sure that goal says "Platinum, 2004, 850i BMW car," not, "I want a BMW." You may wind up with a motorcycle! Measurable; how will you know it when you get it? Attainable; is it at all possible? Goals should be atrepparttar 130493 outer edge, not out of reach. Realistic and true for you, not anyone else.

This is your life.

A reminder: don't include other individuals in your goal. They have to make their own. Even when it pertains to your business, it's still your goal. Goals must be consistent with your values. Write your goals in present time; "I am wealthy," not, "I will be rich next year." Feel it and act it. Write down every task and idea that will help fulfill these goals. After you have created all your goals, take several 3 x 5 cards and write them down. Carry these cards with you and keep copies in your car, atrepparttar 130494 office, in your home.

Now it is time to give up control, go withrepparttar 130495 flow and enjoy your rewards! You deserve them. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Joanne Victoria is a Northern California based writer who speaks on finding your inner truth and attracting what works for you in your life in order to achieve more focus, more balance, more prosperity and more fun. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Sign up now for Joanne’s FREE monthly e-zine Lighting Your Path!-Discover Your Inner Truth at: mailto:JoanneVictoria-subscribe@topica.com ~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.
