The last half hour of cooking process, add following ingredients.

Secret Tip If you want to stay with white look, add yellow bell pepper. 1 teaspoon of celery seed ½ cup of white wine

Secret Tip To chicken or turkey recipe, add 1/3 cup of olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste Use white pepper if you are trying to keep white color.

Cook chili mixture an additional ½ hour. Add 4-6 16 oz. cans of your favorite white bean.

Stir in beans and leave it in oven until beans are warm and let it cool for 20-30 minutes. Reheat to serve.
