Continued from page 1 cinnamon may be cure. Even insulin dependant diabetics have controlled their diabetes with cinnamon. If you have any of above symptoms, eat some (½ a teaspoon) cinnamon every morning (and see your doctor). You can put it on you cereal, toast, or in your coffee (coffee is bad for you) or tea. A great way to include cinnamon in your diet is my Super Healthy Oatmeal Recipe(Issue #1). It is in first issue of this newsletter available from main site. Even if you do not have diabetes or hypoglycemia adding cinnamon to your diet will help you control your appetite. Your homework is to eat some cinnamon every morning. Try it for a week and see if you pee less and are less thirsty. An interesting Biblical side note about history of cinnamon, It was second ingredient of annointing oil that was used by Isrealites to season all priests food.( Exodus 22)I'll tell you what other ones are tommorrow in newsletter.

Extras to ensure a radiant skin An appropriate exfoliant will remove dead cells from skin’s surface. This speeds up production of new cells. It also improves blood circulation, which gives skin a healthy glow. Eye creams are designed for sensitive areas around eye. Choose one that reduces puffiness, dark circles and wrinkles. It is better to use a day and a night cream. They have different formulations. This will improve skin elasticity, texture and appearance dramatically. During night your skin needs a special cream to rehydrate and rejuvenate skin cells so that you wake up with a refreshed, softer complexion. In shower use a soap free body wash. This is gentler on skin and cuts down on cleaning shower recess!! Apply a cream, or spray on, body moisturizer to your whole body after showering. Follow this regime and you will have beautiful skin for rest of your life.
