If you receive an email with attachments, you can easily file allrepparttar 106498 attachments atrepparttar 106499 same time.

~~ Move Pointer to File atrepparttar 106500 top ofrepparttar 106501 toolbar (usually onrepparttar 106502 top left corner) and Click ~~ Scroll down to Save attachments and Click

Warning, Warning: If you have several attachments and you need to save them in DIFFERENT folders: ~~ Click Save attachments ~~ Click onrepparttar 106516 first attachment you want to save (it will berepparttar 106517 only one highlighted after clicking), locaterepparttar 106518 folder you want to save that one to followingrepparttar 106519 above steps. For each attachment on that email that you want to save in different folders, followrepparttar 106520 same steps.

To save emails you have already sent (you must be inrepparttar 106521 email program) just place your POINTER where it says Inbox and CLICK.

To return to your Inbox, CLICK on Sent Items and move POINTER to Inbox and CLICK.
