How To Establish A Base Tan Without Getting Burned

6.Once you build up your base, you really don’t need to tan as often. So depending onrepparttar type of bed you are using, you should only go 2-3 times per week to keep your tan, even less in stronger beds. This is where I see many people go overboard, tanning every day when it is really not necessary. Many people enjoyrepparttar 114016 relaxation time that tanning provides, but tanning too often can and will speed up your aging process and potentially cause other skin ailments over a long period of time. Just like everything else in life, moderation is key!

7.Wear eye goggles at all times! Many people think that putting a towel over their face will blockrepparttar 114017 UV rays, but it doesn’t and repeated UV exposure can cause major eye problems later in life. Would you rather be blind or have lighter eyelids? I think I would chooserepparttar 114018 latter, but that is just me. For your own safety, please wearrepparttar 114019 eye goggles!

8.Since indoor tanning does not requirerepparttar 114020 use of a bathing suit, use a towel to cover those ‘sensitive’ areas that don’t seerepparttar 114021 sun very often if you want to tan all over. Inrepparttar 114022 beginning, try covering those areas for halfrepparttar 114023 session and see how it goes. Gradually you can removerepparttar 114024 towel earlier and earlier until you don’t need to use one anymore. The towel acts as a filter but won’t completely blockrepparttar 114025 UV rays, so you are still gettingrepparttar 114026 tanning process started.

9.To avoid getting creases or pressure tanning lines, you should move your limbs into different positions during your session. Forrepparttar 114027 first half, try laying down with both arms extended above your head and legs apart. Forrepparttar 114028 second half, bring your arms down next to your sides but away from your body, and re-position your legs by raising one knee slightly for a half ofrepparttar 114029 remaining time, and thenrepparttar 114030 other leg dorepparttar 114031 same thing.

10.Try to avoid wearing make-up, deodorant, or other perfumes prior to tanning. Some of these things can make your skin more sensitive and possibly have a bad reaction with your skin when exposed to UV. If you wear a lot of deodorant, you may notice that you are not tanning as well around your armpits, and you need to remove this prior to tanning.

When it comes to tanning, every person’s skin type is different and results will vary. Consult with your local tanning salon for a skin type analysis (from a Smart Tan Certified Tanning Consultant) so you can get a good idea of where to start.

* Also, ask your doctor for his or her advice if you have any specific medical questions or concerns.

What is CODEX and why would this drastically change how I use vitamins/minerals/supplements?

http://www.commonground.ca/iss/0503164/cg164_codex.shtml

Once you understand how insidious CODEX is, and you understand that we must win this battle now, not this fall, not next year, but NOW, or we will have lost forever. Oncerepparttar World Health Organization (WHO) succeeds in passing CODEX all signatory nations, under existing treaties, must make this “the law ofrepparttar 114015 land” and our rights to go torepparttar 114016 local health food store and choose our own alternative herbals and dietary supplements will be gone forever. Why? Because Canada andrepparttar 114017 US are signatories to WHO and must implement all such regulations into law.

Our only chance to defeat CODEX is to succeed in passing bill C-420 in Canada beforerepparttar 114018 legislature takes their summer break. And in having such an uproar ofrepparttar 114019 populace inrepparttar 114020 US thatrepparttar 114021 US will not dare to try to implement CODEX. But it must be done now, not later.

For your personal nutritional needs, however, there remains a small hope and help: inrepparttar 114022 form of Bio88+ Plus.

The truly neat thing about Bio88+ Plus is that it is a complete, 100% vegetarian (fruits, vegetables, grains, etc) derived, organic greens food product which contains no herbs. Regardless of what happens with CODEX, our local Health Food Stores and our private Herb Gardens, Bio88+ Plus will continue to be available because it is a highly nutritious and complete food product full of vitamins and minerals, is not an herb product, and will not be affected by CODEX.
