Hybrid Filters – Simply put, these air filters offer a combination of those characteristics which are found in both electrostatic and mechanical filters. These may be preferred by those with allergens other than gas based contaminants, but offer trapping devices for containing allergens. In addition to knowing types of air filters, you’ll also need to consider things such as which types of contaminants will be removed from air; efficiency of filter when compared to HEPA standards; whether size of air filter system will be large enough to continuously clean allotted space at least every six minutes; clean air delivery rate of filter; whether unit is silent or noisy; and how easy or difficult it may be to change filter, when necessary. When you approach purchasing of an air filter system with this information in mind, you’ll be far more likely to come home with one that can adequately clean your home’s interior with little or no fuss while eliminating right types of contaminants that plague your family.

So what does this have to do with chewing? If you do not properly to your food, what you have eaten will go through your digestive system as large pieces of food. You do not have teeth anywhere else in your body. After you swallow your food, there are no other opportunities to break up large pieces of food. The acid from your stomach and enzymes from your small intestine will only be able to act on exposed surfaces. Chewing properly is only way to grind up your food so that it is small enough to allow rest of your digestive system to extract as many of available nutrients as possible. So next time you eat, put a little thought into first step of digestion. Chew your food.
