Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light ... While sun, or light, or moon, or stars, be not darkened, nor clouds return after rain.

Thus saith Lord, which giveth sun for a light by day, and ordinances of moon and of stars for a light by night, which divideth sea when waves thereof roar; The Lord of hosts is his name: And they that be wise shall shine as brightness of firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as stars for ever and ever.

Moreover light of moon shall be as light of sun, and light of sun shall be sevenfold, as light of seven days, in day that Lord bindeth up breach of his people, and healeth stroke of their wound.
