God, the Great GiverWritten by Joyce C. Lock

Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them. Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God. Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, same shall he receive of Lord, whether he be bond or free. Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light ... While sun, or light, or moon, or stars, be not darkened, nor clouds return after rain. Thus saith Lord, which giveth sun for a light by day, and ordinances of moon and of stars for a light by night, which divideth sea when waves thereof roar; The Lord of hosts is his name: And they that be wise shall shine as brightness of firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as stars for ever and ever. Seek him that maketh seven stars and Orion, and turneth shadow of death into morning, and maketh day dark with night: that calleth for waters of sea, and poureth them out upon face of earth: The Lord is his name. And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as sun shineth in his strength. And stars of heaven fell unto earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with sun, and moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars. Glimpses of God © by Joyce C.
