Ask yourself: What stops me achieving my dreams?
Is it
television? When given
option of practicing
skills necessary to succeed or watching TV what do you choose?
Is it
‘have to’ jobs? I ‘have to’ wash
car. I ‘have to’ read
emails. I ‘have to’ play
computer game. I ‘have to’ prepare dinner. I ‘have to’ do
washing up. I ‘have to’ do
gardening. I ‘have to’ take
dog for a walk.
What excuse do you give yourself to stop practicing? What is
excuse you use to ensure that when you do practice your body and brain are tired and you cannot give 100%?
What is it?
Practice guarantees success.
It is a known fact that
difference between
successful and
also rans is
dedication to practice.
We recently read that David Renwick
British caddie for
world number one golfer, Vijay Singh, is thinking of resigning because of
hours Vijay spends practicing. Even though he is number one in
world Vijay is said to be
first on
driving range and
last to leave. One person estimates that he hits an average of 500 balls a day on
range.
Vijay took
world number one slot from Tiger Woods, last September, when he was 41 years of age.
He became world number one through practice.
What about you? What is going to happen to you?
Good Luck.
