John Russell, Managing Director, Harley-Davidson Europe Ltd, says, "I never cease to be amazed at power of coaching process to draw out skills or talent that was previously hidden within an individual, and which invariably finds a way to solve a problem previously thought unsolvable." Coaching has not only helped my clients – it has also given me great satisfaction. I enjoy taking my experience working for organizations and owning my own business and helping others grow their businesses. You can almost hear people breathing a sigh of relief. It can absolutely make difference between where a business person is now and where he/she truly wants to be.

| | Make a Lasting Impression Written by Jeff Gustafson
Continued from page 1 of dollars to bring in a celebrity for a photo op. But nothing is further from truth. My focus is on word “experience”. It does not take a celebrity to create an impression, experience, or lasting memory. That can all be accomplished with a simple digital camera, an inexpensive photo printer and a little bit of creativity to set right tone. The idea is to attract attention and create interest and getting people to participate in “getting a little crazy” can do that. The key is to develop a theme for what type of photo you want to take and then have some fun with it taking focus away from “the photograph” and putting it on “the experience” which is where lasting impressions reside. With a few simple techniques, you can get these photos to come out right first time every time, not leaving photo op to chance. You give people a GREAT EXPERIENCE while attracting a ton of interest creating “Lasting Impressions”.
