False Prophets

Written by Joyce C. Lock

What if Jesus were to say, "Eye has not seen, nor ear heard ...repparttar things God has prepared for them that love Him. Come, seerepparttar 126600 mansion prepared for you." Notice a twinkle?

God said He would takerepparttar 126601 wise in their own craft. If it were possible, they could deceiverepparttar 126602 very elect. It just does not hold up with scripture.

They sought to know about God instead of knowing Him (II Co.2:13-14, II Ti.2:15).

The call of a prophet is to be onrepparttar 126603 front line of spiritual battlefields, protecting God's children, Je. 23:22, He. 11:28.

"Beloved, believe not every spirit, but tryrepparttar 126604 spirits whether they are of God:

because many false prophets are gone out intorepparttar 126605 world.

They are ofrepparttar 126606 world: therefore speak they ofrepparttar 126607 world, andrepparttar 126608 world heareth them. We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us.

Hereby know werepparttar 126609 spirit of truth, andrepparttar 126610 spirit of error."

1 John 4:1, 5-6

Name it, Claim it

Written by Joyce C. Lock

Once we've heard from God, then we can claim it, in full assurance that God will bring it to pass. Our faith is not to be placed in our ability to have faith, to believe it enough, to command loudly enough. Our faith is to be in our God, who promised, who would never break His word; who will love us beyond what we have yet imagined. Our stand is not based upon who we are, but who God is.

"The counsel ofrepparttar Lord standeth for ever, repparttar 126599 thoughts of his heart to all generations."

Psalm 33:11

He names it. Then, you claim it.
