If we look at Sarah, she had passed child birth years. Yet, after her initial reaction (Genesis 18:9-15), she believed God and exercised her faith. This led to birth of Isaac (Genesis 21:1-7)

These are just a few examples of people exercising their faith in God. Faith in God when exercised can produce outstanding change in ones life. If we take time to study God’s holy word, Bible, we will see people who exercised faith in God. These people serve as models for our lives. These examples are timeless, and are applicable to previous generations, to present generations, and to future generations.

Any individual has merely to accept God through Jesus Christ (John 3:16), exercise his or her faith, and benefit from abundance of God’s blessing. We should each evaluate our faith in God though Jesus Christ.

While all of this is beneath radars of secular news media, it is clear to many Christian leaders that world is on brink of a spiritual battle of monumental proportions. The epicenter of this struggle is Middle East-a battle is going on for Jerusalem and Babylon (Iraq), biblical centers of spiritual light and darkness.

PRAYER FOCUS: Pray that armies of heaven will push back powers of darkness in Middle East. Pray that Saddam Hussein will leave country before war is required to remove him from power. Pray that a spiritual shield will contain hostilities within Iraqi borders (if war cannot be avoided), such that it doesn't spill over to entire Islamic world. Pray that weapons of mass destruction, if they are deployed on any side of battle, will be powerless. Pray that this date, rather than being a focal point of darkness, will be overwhelmed by Light of God through worldwide prayers of His people.
