STARTING POSITION

UPWARD MOVEMENT

Extendrepparttar 112992 knees and allowrepparttar 112993 heels to hang offrepparttar 112994 step.

UPWARD MOVEMENT

Push up onrepparttar 112995 toes as high as possible. Keeprepparttar 112996 torso erect, legs and feet parallel and knees extended. Push up offrepparttar 112997 step. Do not lockrepparttar 112998 knees.

DOWNWARD MOVEMENT

Allowrepparttar 112999 heels to slowly lower back torepparttar 113000 starting position. Repeat or finish set.
