* Do ahead of time as much preparation as possible. Plan out when you would go shopping, prepare some of food, and setup decorations. Layout serving bowls with tags on them identifying which food goes on which plate. On day of event only do tasks that ABSOLUTELY could not have been done on a previous day. * Delegate as much of tasks for during party as possible. Assign someone to be in charge of music, video camera, still camera, activity director, etc. Do NOT give yourself any assigned task. You must oversee event and help out with any problems that may arise. Have fun at your party and so will guests!

The Solution: We advance capital toward pending litigation. Peacock Capital does not lend money. Usury laws do not apply because advanced funds are contingent on outcome of case. The funding is non-recourse. If case is successful, Peacock Capital gets its money plus pre-stated additional fees. If case is not successful, Peacock Capital loses its entire advance plus any additional fees. If we deem case acceptable, we will give your client a lump sum cash advance in less than 48 hours (not monthly like many others). This helps cover case expenses, personal costs and/or medical payments. Again, if case is lost, we receive nothing, with no further obligations. The only thing you should be worried about is case, not financial problems of your client.
