The way to do it is simple. You still want to eat healthy and you want to eat 5 to 6 times a day. You should always eat a good breakfast. This morning I had some plain old oatmeal with low fat milk. On top of it I sprinkled cinnamon. It is simple and filling. A couple of hours later I followed it up with a banana and a protein drink. I highly suggest to those wanting to eat more and lose more, that you puchase protein shake mix. It is quick, filling, and is a good replacement for a meal.
