Diving in Kota Kimbalu is a very interesting experience due to uniqueness of environment which surrounds area. Divers can view mountains while being on water surface as well as enjoy an amazing underwater world full of colors and beautiful creatures.

Kogyo Maru is a 160 meters long Japanese freighter also sunken in Coron Bay's area. This wreck still contains some of objects which it was carrying when it was sunken, such as construction materials, anti-aircraft weapons, a cement mixer and a bulldozer. At some points, it is surrounded by a variety of corals and different fish species that have made of ship their habitats.

Another Coron Bay’s wreck which divers should not miss while visiting area is Morazan Maru. This was another Japanese freighter which was sunken at Coron Bay’s and which is surrounded by a wide variety of marine creatures. Divers who visit this wreck could meet banana fish, puffer fish and giant bat fish among others.
