When you knowrepparttar ‘what’ andrepparttar 138474 why’ you look at life differently. You no longer look at your life and question your ability with can I or can’t I or could I or should I questions. Knowing ‘what’ and ‘why’ gives you a new kind of power.

When you know ‘what’ and ‘why’ you look at daily events and never question your ability. You do this because you now know clearly how life is going to be. The question you will now ask yourself is: will I? And this subtle question can change your life.

When you’re focussed on your meaning and direction instead of your level of ability your energy becomes channelled and focussed. It hones in onrepparttar 138475 outcome with such clarity that your chances of success literally explode.

The most powerful way I’ve found to findrepparttar 138476 ‘what’ andrepparttar 138477 why’ and you’re meaning and direction is to work on what your life is all about. You do this by discovering and understanding Life Purpose.

Life Purpose is based onrepparttar 138478 idea that you have a unique gift and a distinctive way of expressing it that will benefit others. When you discover and understand your life purpose you unlock your full potential.

Know what and know why.

I hope these words have helped you.

Love & Best Wishes

Goal Setting

Written by Lynne Kaska

Continued from page 1

When I accomplished something on my checklist, I would check it off. Each time that i checked off something, I felt a sense of empowerment. Now there were a few things, sepcifically inrepparttar self-care category where consistency wasrepparttar 138376 key. In those things, I kept a daily log. When I had done them everyday for 21 days, I would check it off. It is proven that it takes 21 days to change a habit.

One ofrepparttar 138377 most important things that helped me as I tackled this huge goal was support and accountability. I picked people that I trusted to be my support buddies. I made them aware ofrepparttar 138378 goals that I had set for myself. I checked in with them regularly, sometimes even on a daily basis. I let them know what I had and had not accomplished for that day.

Ultimately what happened is I started to hold myself accountable. I continued to have support, but I no longer needed to be accountable to them.

It has only been about 6 months since I swtarted my checklist and I have completed almost everything on my list. Anything in life is possible. I am proof of that. I encourage you to pick something to work on and break it down. The feeling of accomplishment when you've completed a big goal is an awesome feeling. Just remember to take it one step at a time! Good Luck!
