Second, another one of hair transplant methods is Follicular Unit Extraction. In this particular method, tiny puncture holes are placed in donor area of scalp. From this holes, follicular units are extracted. Although this method causes scarring, there is not as visible of a scar as from strip method. After extracting follicular units from holes in donor area of scalp, units are then placed into small slits in bald area of head. Eventually, after a few months, hair will begin to grow from transplants. Also, within a year this method should be complete, as with previously mentioned method of hair transplant. Although hair transplant methods may take time to grow hair and may cause scarring, overall effect will eventually be a full head of hair. Instead of worrying about bald spots, individuals will have their natural hair growing. Depending on what type of hair transplant methods are chosen by these individuals, scarring will be different. With Follicular Unit Transplant method, persons undergoing this treatment will have a suture scar on back of their head, or donor spot. For those persons choosing Follicular Unit Extraction method, they will have multiple small scars over back of their head, or donor area. Hair transplant methods usually vary in way that hair is extracted. However, outcome of transplant – growing hair – is same.

Over time, sun's UV light damages fibers in skin called elastin. The breakdown of these fibers reduces ability of skin to snap back after stretching. As a result, skin sags, droops and wrinkles form. Cigarette smoking also contributes to wrinkles. The reason is not yet clear, but it is believed that smoking also damages elastin. Good skin care is a daily process from both inside and outside body. Even if you have best skin care routine in world, it's still possible to have skin problems if you're eating a great deal of unhealthy food. While chocolate and French fries do not directly cause acne, they are unhealthy for your entire body and therefore unhealthy for your skin. Most skin care involves certain basic daily steps: washing, toning and moisturizing. Yes, there are a multitude of fancy and more costly techniques like exfoliation and masks, but they're not needed every day. A place to find great advice about skin care for your particular concerns is to stop in a beauty store and find a qualified and interested esthetician. Skin care should be a pleasant and relaxing experience, not a boring routine that you grudgingly endure each bedtime. Serious skin care is about prevention, not just treatment. Whether you are looking for anti-wrinkle products, acne treatment, something to lighten your age spots, or make your skin more resilient, one important tip--there is no single product or program that is right for every person. When dealing with skin care, as with most other forms of human endeavors, there is no "one-size-fits all" solution. But with diligent research, a basic skin care routine, exercise and proper diet, your skin will serve you well for years to come.
