INTERNAL Internal results come in form of vital signs, such as lower blood pressure, and a decrease in body fats, cholesterols and triglycerides. Of course, these are important, but do not look just at typical attributes. EXTERNAL These are results you are accustomed to achieving. It is something we can see or touch. Pants are fitting loser, arms are looking toned, and numbers on scales are going down. At times it is a lot easier to get motivated by those things we can see, rather than all that is going on inside. Personally, I have seen more people stick with a program if they focus on emotional and internal results, more than external. The outside results may motivate you in beginning, but it is INSIDE OUT approach that keeps you going.

ROLLING THE SNOWBALL Another example of having synergy in your workout program would be rolling a snowball. Once momentum has started, it keeps building and building. Keeping that in mind, it is very easy to only do certain exercises that you like and those that take less effort; however, because this will not work, in end you will end up having to workout harder and longer. In a Nut Shell: It is really important to have all areas of fitness working together and in most effective way possible. When all parts are working machine works better. Leaving out parts of your exercise routine, just because you do not like them, is asking for failure.
