3. The paper gets torepparttar toner cartridge and then jams.

-Try replacingrepparttar 107366 toner cartridge. -If you have a newer model printer (most HP models) check to make sure thatrepparttar 107367 toner transfer bar is not stuck in an upright position.

-Check for debris. If there is debris inrepparttar 107368 paper path this can cause jamming. Debris can be a torn piece of paper, a stable or just a build up of paper dust. DO NOT touchrepparttar 107369 roller. It will holdrepparttar 107370 oil form your skin and cause print defects.

4. The paper entersrepparttar 107371 fuser, but gets jammed inside.

-Unfortunately,repparttar 107372 fuser will probably have to be replaced, but check for any debris onrepparttar 107373 rollers before replacing. Also cleanrepparttar 107374 paper path with a lint free cloth. DO NOT touchrepparttar 107375 rollers. They will holdrepparttar 107376 oil form your skin.

5.)Hint, hint. Bring uprepparttar Kerning dialogue to preview your font. Now that your letter “A” is born, you might want to make its widths and locations uniform. This is where “Hinting” comes in play. Selecting lines to make measurements uniform will greatly help make it look more professional. Click onrepparttar 107365 “Hint” onrepparttar 107366 layers panel and mark lines onrepparttar 107367 horizontal and vertical stems (do this when you’re done editingrepparttar 107368 points on your font).

6.)Christen your baby. You’re almost ready to generate your font.

Highlight your alphabet and make sure to hit Correct Path Direction, to punch holes throughrepparttar 107369 R’s, O’s, D’s, and so on. Underrepparttar 107370 Metrics menu, select Auto Kern. Then comesrepparttar 107371 fun part: underrepparttar 107372 Element menu, select Font Info, then General, then type inrepparttar 107373 name of your font.
