There’s an idea put forward by Brian Tracy and Colin Rose, in their brilliant course ‘Accelerated Learning’.

They say that if you want to become an expert in, say for instance Stock Trading, find someone who is already an expert and find out what they learnt to get them to where they are today.

If Joe Bloggs, who is currently said to be best Stock Trader in country, read certain books, attended certain seminars and took certain courses, then do same. Take exactly same steps (add some of your own along way) that Joe took to get to where he is.

The more you learn about a subject you’re interested in, more confident you become in your own abilities. The gathering and learning of information will increase your self-confidence, will get you known as person with answers and somebody who is an expert in that field.

This accumulation of knowledge will then help you get a promotion faster, ensure a better salary and position within company, and make you feel happier with your ability to do any job required.

And that’s key. When you are armed with knowledge, you can handle any situation that you’re presented with.

It is as easy as that. You can be whatever it is you want to be, if you are willing to learn what others did and to copy their success.

We are building a business on basic sound business strategies. Demand for our product which creates customers supply of our product that creates profits, good will of customer, fair compensation to distributors, a product that is worth more than money we charge for it, friendship among our distributors and customers, motivation to provide more to society than we take from it.

We are not building overnight get rich quick success fantasies, also a drug to mind but a destructive one. The hope for quick riches takes away motivation and ability to use your resources to be productive. In order to fit into big picture, a good long lasting business must be producing a product or service that is needed by society. If you have not reason to do this, your chances of success are very small.

But let me clarify success. Success is really not an object to be obtained, but it is person you become and are. Actually, you are successful day you decide to follow your dreams, and take action to do it. Once you have started your journey, you are enjoying success. Success includes learning and self improvement process of obtaining a goal, improvement of your character as you work to obtain your goal, hope you have and good service and products you provide in your process of obtaining your goal.

There is one reward of success that is given to you first day you start your journey towards obtaining your goal, and that is wonderful emotion of hope. This gift of nature is yours from moment you decide to start your journey.
