Everyone seems to love steak fingers and you will be able to find many variations of cube steak recipes for steak fingers. With steak fingers you can prepare all types of different sauces that your company is sure to enjoy. This recipe would be great for when guys are over watching “big game”. What you will need to prepare this meal is cube steak cut into strips, 2 cups of flour, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons of seasoning salt (one that has paprika), 2 eggs, and ½ cup of milk. Mix together flour, salt, pepper and seasoning salt and pour onto a plate, blend 2 eggs and ½ milk together in a bowl large enough for dipping steak fingers. Now, dip steak strips into egg mixture and then roll in flour mixture. Fry in a skillet on medium until golden brown. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Continued from page 1 The first step is to cut your steak into serving sizes, season steaks with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place steak into a baking dish top with onion slice. Now, pour mushrooms and tomato sauce on top. Kind of level ingredients and bake covered for 1 ½ hours at 350 degrees. This recipe can also be prepared on top of stove just as easy. Just remember to check on it and be sure that liquid is not evaporating. You can always add just a bit more tomato sauce or even a small amount of water if needed.For little bit spicier Swiss steak recipes try this one. You will need round or chuck steak, (tenderize steak first), 15 ounce can of tomato sauce, 1 large onion sliced, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, and 8 ounces of your favorite picante sauce or salsa. Place steak in baking dish, add onion on top and then pour in remainder of ingredients. Bake at 250 degrees for around 20 minutes.
