Comprehensive Meaning Of Segmentation By ClusteringWritten by Eng.Mohamed S. El Kayyali

Once we decide which cluster method suitable for our application, segmentation by clustering could be very useful for some applications that may use clustering, as well as summarizing video, or finding machine parts, finding people in mage, finding buildings in satellite images: these done by looking for collections of edge points that can be assembled in line segment and then assembling line into polygons. It is hard to see that there could be a comprehensive theory of segmentation, not least what is interesting and what is not depends on application, there is no comprehensive theory of segmentation at time of writing. Since clustering is defined above, in addition clustering is a process whereby a data set is replaced by cluster, it is natural to think of segmentation as clustering, another meaning: pixels may belong together because they have same color, same texture, they are nearby, and so on. Some of clustering methods as well as: clustering by K-means, segmentation by graph theoretic clustering.

The Cables and Connections – The wiring and connecting pieces that carry signal from dish to your Dish Network receiver could also be part of problem. It is unlikely that image will suddenly cut out on you, especially in fourth quarter, if wiring is bad. The easiest way to test this is to ensure that integrity of cables is still intact and that all of connections are tight. If you are still not getting picture to your television, try plugging cables into another TV, or routing picture through your VCR. If you still have no football game, try using different cables. If picture comes back at any time while you are doing this, you’ve honed in on where problem is and you can go about fixing it… after game, of course. Your Dish Network Receiver – On a very rare occasion, your receiver may stop receiving or decoding signal properly. To fix this, simply unplug receiver for 30 seconds and then plug it back in. (Don’t worry – 1:42 can last anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes at end of a football game.) You can also try taking programming card out of receiver and then putting it back in again. Both of these steps help reset receiver, and it should start functioning properly again as soon as you turn it back on. Your New Plasma TV – I’m no expert on troubleshooting TVs that cost more than my car, but checking cables and connections is never a bad thing. A word of advice from one who has been there and done that – make sure back of your huge, heavy television is readily accessible. The only thing that will make you more angry than missing miracle comeback of your favorite team in that game you are missing, is dropping that massive television on your toes as your were breaking your back moving it out from wall. The good news is your team came back from behind and won. The better news is you read this article and were able to watch it live. The best news is you kept your cool and because your wife was so impressed with way you handled whole situation, she bought you a pool table.
