Check Your FrequencyWritten by Selena Richardson
Continued from page 1
We've all had those bad days that went from bad to worse every chance it could. But how do you prevent situations like this? Well you need to keep your frequency in check. Remember, like attracts like so if your frequency is low you get more of same until you change it. You need to pay attention to yourself and realize when your frequency has hit a low point. Well how do you bring your vibration back up? By changing station. Frequencies and feelings are like radio waves, if you don't like whats on then change it. Switch your thoughts and feelings to something that can bring your vibration back up. Find something that makes you feel good. It can be anything that makes you feel good just by thinking about it - favorite memories, favorite songs, favorite people - anything as long as it makes you feel good. Picture your favorite thought as a different radio station that you can flip to whenever you notice your frequency going down. The same way you would change station in your car if you didn't like song that was playing. It's as simple as that.

| | Become your own GuruWritten by Linda Landry
Continued from page 1 my ezine. I have let go by wayside things that did not work for me such as FAA pages and safelists. I am not a Guru by any means but I am not certain I wish to be. Whoever heard of a RICH GURU anyway? I always pictured a Guru as a wise old man sitting and living atop a mountain waiting for seekers of wisdom to find him. Perhaps he lived in a mansion but I only saw pictures of Guru's wrapped in white sheets with rope belts. I am certain that is not for me. I will settle for continuing to explore vastness of this Information Highway we call Internet until I am making amount of money I feel my efforts deserve. Lately, I skip tips of Guru's. I subscribe to a lot of ezines and when I have hundreds of emails I open ones from publishers I trust. They are making a sincere effort to assist other publishers and 'marketeers'. I skip subject lines telling me I will make a lot of money or asking me if I 'missed call' or touting name of a well known Guru. I read and listen to publishers who started out just like I am and have built their list and there web biz. That is what I plan to do. I will become my own Guru. ---------------- Linda Landry is Publisher of CYBERSHOPNEWS The latest edition can be viewed at http://www.galleryogifts.com Also visit her brother site: http://www.galleryodefense.comReprint permission is granted as long as this resource box is intact. ******************************************************
