Lord, teach my hands to war! No, not conventional warfare. I hate killing. Lord, teach me how to overcome enemies of Cross. Yes, teach me to stand with bravery, with boldness, with intestinal fortitude, with discipline, with HONOR against forces of evil this day. Lord teach my hands to war. Lord when my hands are slack due to weariness—teach them to war, lifted up. Lord when my hands refrain from helping widows and orphans—teach my hands to touch them again with your touch. Lord when my hands lie dormant from prayer less hours—teach me to fold them in prayer. Rejoice, O my soul! The light brigade is hand lifted up to praise you and to help my fellowman. The light brigade is trained hand, prayer hands, for Calvary’s sake. Teach me Lord to charge lines of darkness with power of light. Teach me to stand against wrongs and injustice of evil for good of my neighbor. Teach me Lord through poets of old to take heart and hold line like soldiers and Captains before me. “My Captain does not answer, his lips are pale and still; My father does not feel my arm, he has no pulse nor will; The ship is anchor’s safe and sound, its voyage closed and done; From fearful trip, victor ship, comes in with object won; Exult, O shores, and ring, O bells! But I with mournful tread, Walk deck my Captain lies, Fallen cold and dead. Walt Whitman Keep faith captains. Stay line until enemy falls. Justice is prevailing in Christ Jesus! Pastor T. dash

Lesson 58. Category Goals Plan to do this. Success is best revenge! Why should you do this? To naysayer, to all those who said you wouldn’t amount to anything. To all those who treated you as if you wouldn’t amount to anything. To all those who acted as if you wouldn’t amount to anything. To those who acted as if they were better than you were. To those who thought they were better than you were. To those who mistreated you in anyway. To all those who boasted to you about themselves or their belongings. To all those who thought they were more beautiful or handsome than you were. To those who disrespected you in any form. To anyone who had an ounce of animosity towards you for no apparent reason. To those who got better of you on a day when you were down and out. To those who kicked you while you were down and out. To those who tried their hardest to make your life a living hell. To those who abused you in any form—SUCCEED! What happened? We have not reached pinnacle of success, but we are definitely on our way through goals we have established for ourselves, and continue to accomplish. In terms of education, family, friends and financial independence, we suppose, we have surpassed many of individuals we have had misfortune of meeting and who were previously mentioned. Intuition tells us this has created even more animosity towards us because we did not focus on them but on goals and dreams, we have planned and have tediously pursued. The purpose of any naysayer, otherwise known as “dream busters,” is to take spirit from those they encounter, and by not giving them satisfaction, you are already ahead of game. How do you do this? Whatever goals you have for yourself complete them no matter how stellar performance might be, if journey is on road to success then do so, remembering that no dream is too big for reality. Take those steps in your life to enhance not only who you are as a person but also those around you. When naysayer, hears of your success, he will have to, if only for a moment, reflect on how his behavior has had an impact on your life and who got better of experience. If success is not for you, then let it be for them—your motivation.
