CHRIST'S HUMAN FEELINGS & RELATIONSHIPS

I want to share something that happened with me I broke/chipped off my back tooth while I was eating and I am very horrified of needles.

So on last week I had told some friends what had happened and I needed prayer for work that was to be done.

We really did not know how dental appointment would go on yesterday (4/15/03) but I did wish to share this, we did not know whether tooth would/could be pulled or whether it would have to be cut out.

But before leaving home I grabbed a prayer book and took with me I will not worry you long but I just had to share this.

In beginning of book it starts off with a scripture from John 15:5

When I read further in book this is what I read next: This is place where He will share His heart with you and you will know His will.

The last thing I read before dentist came in was from: II Samuel 22:7 In my distress I called upon Lord, Yes, I cried to my God; And from His temple He heard my voice, And my cry for help (came) into His ears.

Now dentist tells me Angela open your mouth, I did and she used instrument to touch all my teeth to see if when she touched them did any more hurt and they did not.

Then she looked at me and said If we take this tooth out you are really going to miss it, for you need it then she said I am looking at talking with you about a root canal and crown but first I need to put you on antibotics and I will also write you a prescription for pain.

And In a way tears began to roll down my face...for I thought it was not as bad as I had expected...thank God for answered prayer.

When I took my seat pastor thanked me for sharing and then he told me let me add something else "WHEN you go to JERUSALEM you always GO UP."

After services were over I did go to shake pastor's hand and then he told me I wish I had more time to share with you; then he began to talk to me about Book of Acts, Stephen, Philip and told me to study about Stephen and Philip.

I then asked him for his address and I asked do you have a card that you can give me? One of assistant/associate pastors did go and get me one of his cards.

When I looked at card, it was imprinted in red with scripture "I Can Do All Things Through Christ Which Strengthen Me" Phillippians 4:13.

I began to think later sunday night I just wonder if this card relates to DANIEL and when I did a cross reference on Phillipians 4:13 it lead me to II Corinthinas 12:9.

verse 9 "To another faith by same Spirit; to another gifts of healing by same Spirit;

verse 10 "To another working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another differ kinds of tongues; to another interpretation of tongues;

verse 11 "But all these worketh that one and selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.

verse 12 "For as body is one, and hath many members, and all members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.

verse 13 "For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit."

There are some amazing facts about my trip to St. Louis might think they were coincidence. For one my daddy was sick but even before that I had a dream.
