Better Instead of BitterWritten by Sam Stevens
Continued from page 1 This is why it is very important for each and every one of you to practice some form of positive thinking and to replace all negative thoughts with thoughts of forgiveness, hope and success (no matter how hard it is!) I know I cringe too whenever I think about this, because my personality just does NOT want to do it, but one of surest ways to ensure success in your own future is to forgive or bless person that has hurt you most. If there was one thing, that I read, again and again, in all of my books, it is that, whatever you think, especially if it is negative, comes back to you in one form or another. For instance if you wish hellfire and poverty on an ex boyfriend's head, you might experience that yourself in another form. For instance, they say resentment causes cancer. As a reader in Realm, I have to see this principle of like attracts like in action all time. I have read again and again, that one's future is like looking at a block of marble and like an artist, seeing angel in marble. It is important to train your mind so that it sees future as a blank slate. If you see nothing but demons, when you look at a blank page, you will literally write yourself a disaster script or carve a demon out of marble (the next loser boyfriend.) That is why it is important to practice some form of meditation to clear your head of negative thoughts, which like old toxins, cause a kind of cancer in your reality. Negative self-talk and criticism is very damaging and we underestimate power of what we tell ourselves every day, in our minds to shape our destiny. One of best ways to do this is through positive affirmations and next week, watch this space because I am going to print best affirmations I can find, to help you clear your spiritual slate and replace negative thoughts with positive ones.

Another glamoury spell, (a spell to make yourself beautiful) involves taking a copper scrubber and rubbing your body (gently) down with it while you are in shower. Copper is metal of Venus and said to change your vibration so you can attract a lover. One can also use various bath gels and soaps to achieve different magickal results. Remember, magick is all in intention while you use product. For instance, a honeysuckle flavoured bath or soap can help keep a lover or fiancee faithful. Jasmine soap can be used to help keep you and nobody else on a loverıs mind. Orange soap is for joy, fun and wild abandon. Mint soap is for sexual attraction, intelligence and charm. Rose scented soap can be used to attract new love or keep present love still attracted. Rosemary scented soap or bath gel is used to improve business or communication. Lime flavoured soap or gel is used to stop obsessive thoughts, chill out desire and help you concentrate on tasks at him. If you are feeling really sick, or like you are under astral attack, a bath in a half a cup of seasalts mixed with half a cup of baking soda is said to purify aura of unwanted energies. Kissing a kleenex and leaving lipstick print of your mouth on kleenex and tucking it into your boyfriendıs pocket might be a good way to keep him faithful. If he has been using your hairbrush, pluck a few hairs out of comb, twine it with your own and knot it nine times. This is a form of a binding spell, to keep his fleshly form always in sync and attached to your own. Then there is fine art of flushing your troubles away. Write your oppressorıs name on a piece of toilet paper or kleenex, and while keeping your thoughts on perpetrator, flush it down toilet. If you want something more dramatic, follow it with a bit of baking soda mixed with vinegar effect so that toilet temporarily represents a bubbling cauldron. Goodbye sorrows! Goodbye troublemaker. Goodbye bad ex boyfriend...FLUSH....
