Once you get a reputation for having developed a cool quiz word spreads. At some point it becomes cool just to take quiz and people will do it just so others will think that they are cool.

There are lots of examples of this phenomenon among users of AOL. When one person spots a cool quiz, they pass it on to their AOL friends, who pass it on to more AOL friends, who pass it on, and on, and on. Eventually quiz breaks out of AOL family and gets passed around to people all over Internet. You really know that you've encountered a cool quiz when you can find it mentioned in Google.

Don't try too hard to develop a cool quiz though. Cool isn't something that can be manufactured. It either is cool or it isn't. If you don't end up with a cool quiz, don't despair. Just sit down and write another one. Do some research and find out what people think is cool these days and then put your quiz together. When you finally make a cool quiz, you'll know it.

You have 10 days vacation and decide to take a car trip around United States.

You can drive no more than 10 hours per day and you can drive no faster than 55 miles per hour.

Your trip must start and end in same State. Other than that, you may not visit any state more than once.

You must exit a state at opposite border that you entered it from. For example, if you entered a state from North, you must exit from South. if you entered from Northeast, you must exit from Southwest.

At end of each 10 hour period you must spend night (14 hours) in a town or city whose name contains letter "e".

Using map, mark your daily route, including number of miles driven, and circle name of town or city that you spent night in. Be sure to write day # as well.

The person who visits most states in 10 day period wins.

That ought to be a map quiz that will be remembered for some time to come.

Remember, a map quiz doesn't have to be dull and boring; use your imagination to develop a map quiz that challenges and stimulates.
