The same applies to Desire, it is a must that you Desire end result of all your efforts, no use hoping or praying that you will be a success, you must ache with DESIRE to achieve, anything less and failure is not far away. I know an extremely successful businessperson who on first meeting comes across as someone with a negative attitude towards himself, saying his lazy, doesn’t plan and generally unorganised, however, speak with him about how he started his business, how his business is currently operating and where he pictures himself in future and he takes on an overwhelming positive Attitude and his Desire to achieve and let nothing get in his way is infectious to listen too, especially as he tells you about what he loves to do and his turned this Passion into a multi million dollar business. These three qualities can never be underestimated, if you don’t find and live your Passion, approach it with and have a positive Attitude, plus have an overwhelming DESIRE to achieve, then you better think twice before going any further with your business dream because you can’t learn these three qualities you MUST have them as part of your makeup, otherwise, you’ll remain average, not successful.

| | Automobile Industry Position in RussiaWritten by Sergey Talpa
Continued from page 1
Meanwhile demand for foreign automobiles grows steadily. In 2004 for first time, purchase of foreign-made cars has exceeded sales of Russian-made cars by sales volume. The «sitting on two chairs" policy limit is practically reached. Now there is a problem of choice. Either to preserve domestic car industry as it is now by shutting country down for foreign-made imports, a significant increase (because of lack of real competition) of Russian-made automobile prices, what is going to make road traumatism situation even more pronounced (taking into consideration extremely low safety levels of our cars) and, at end, sharp growth of social tension. On other hand, it is necessary to acknowledge that we are unable to catch up with advanced automobile powerhouses of East and West, and, hence, we should simply borrow their technologies, by organizing production of foreign cars in Russia, giving, thus, option for each Russian citizen to purchase car he wants, regardless of where it has been manufactured. If one considers first variant politically probable, he practically takes Russia on road shoulder of world economic process, hurts interests of middle class and, what is most important, does not rescue domestic car industry, but only prolongs its agony. The other choice, certainly, is not quite without pain. However, here in Russia, a small sacrifice helps winning game. A large-scale foreign investment into motor industry responds to interests of consumers, workers, and state. It is only unprofitable to autooligarches that have got used to parasite from their monopoly position and take advantage of imperious protectionist policy.
