Battles of the Mind

Not didn't feel like singing at all, there was no song in my heart. I couldn't have worshiped if I’d tried. Though, I kept singing, and singing, untilrepparttar words gradually transferred to words like "Jesus isrepparttar 114272 Victory".

Still not feelingrepparttar 114273 words, however repetitious it was, I kept singing untilrepparttar 114274 words gradually began to take on power. With each degree that I could better feel God's presence, repparttar 114275 burden felt lighter and lighter untilrepparttar 114276 evil presence was gone.

There's a song about things fading in His presence andrepparttar 114277 things of this world growing strangely dim, inrepparttar 114278 light of His glorious face … absent in body, present in spirit. Sometimes, God allows such circumstances to call us to take a vacation; to go away and just be with Him.

Once, I think I spent a whole week at escaping with God. It was so wonderful; I didn't want to come back. It is a guaranteed fix for stress related high blood pressure. © by Joyce C. Why Many Fat Free Diets do not Work

Written by Protica Research

Continued from page 1

Adding an unnecessary layer of complexity here is that many “healthy foods”, such as energy bars, contain an excessive amount of calories. A chocolate chip Energy Bar™, for example, contains 230 calories; which is actually only 40 calories less than a Butterfinger™ candy bar[v]. Unfortunately, becauserepparttar Energy Bar contains 2 grams of fat and is therefore “low fat”, some dieters eat several per day; and pack on 230 calories each time, despiterepparttar 114271 fact that virtually none of those calories come from fat. It does not matter;repparttar 114272 dieter will still gain weight if his or her daily caloric intake threshold is surpassed. Dieters who expect yogurt-covered bars to be “healthier” are also misled;repparttar 114273 yogurt-berry Balance BarÔ contains 200 calories per serving, despiterepparttar 114274 fact that only 25% ofrepparttar 114275 calories come from its 6 grams of fat.

However, there are some responsible nutritional supplement products onrepparttar 114276 market that are engineered to be both low fat/fat-free and low-calorie. These foods are of benefit to dieters when they are losing weight, and also inrepparttar 114277 vulnerable period afterrepparttar 114278 weight has been lost. Regrettably, many very well intentioned dieters who have made tremendous strides and sacrifices to lose weight regain it withinrepparttar 114279 first few “post-diet” months. While a number of factors influence whether a dieter will regain weight, including environment and genetics, one major culprit is that dieters are not provided with low-fat, low-calorie, and palatable food sources once they have achieved their weight loss goals. They consequently return to previous eating habits, andrepparttar 114280 unwanted weight returns within weeks.

However, as mentioned, there are intelligent nutritional supplements onrepparttar 114281 market that do fill this void, and ethically serve dieters – and post-dieters – with foods that they need to stay healthy, and fend off weight gain. Forrepparttar 114282 sake of current and future dieters who are going to struggle with misleading “fat free” marketing, it is hoped that such intelligent companies, and their products, quickly becomerepparttar 114283 norm ofrepparttar 114284 future, rather thanrepparttar 114285 exception of today.

[3] As briefly noted above, many dieters fail to realize that there are healthy unsaturated fats thatrepparttar 114286 body requires;repparttar 114287 body cannot produce fat on its own, it must receive it through diet. Yet even unsaturated fat grams contain 9 calories each, and sorepparttar 114288 understandingrepparttar 114289 fats should be severely limited holds true.
