You will learn, from my golf lesson modules, new information which will teach you how to prepare to move and then how to move during your golf swing. My methods work quickly because they teach people how to make simple athletic movements. I could charge a high price for each module. The information is valuable. Why am I stepping into a "fire of controversy" that awaits me?

Oh yes! I have been challenged for what I do in golf instruction. But, I know something new! It brought me golf students from outsiderepparttar 133257 local area where I set up shop to teach local golfers. There are a number of nearby Golf Pros offering their services. Some of my students had taken lessons from these Pros inrepparttar 133258 past. But, they came to me to learn some missing elements in golf instruction.

In my first year I taught 115 registered students an average of 5 lessons each. As word spread of my teaching, golfers of various levels came to me for 1 to 3 lessons. There were less than 10 registered students inrepparttar 133259 previous year.

No golf Pro was available in that town. I said to people, "I can do that." I got involved to fillrepparttar 133260 gap. I am a teacher, more specifically, a teacher of athletics. I have patience. I was what a lot of people wanted for their first try at learning to golf or fix some problems with their current golf game. I made a lot of money for nearby golf businesses by starting people into golf with an enthusiastic desire to enjoy being on golf outings with their friends and families.

I have no intention of becoming "the great wizard" of something new in golf instruction.

But, here I am! Giving you a new way of learning how to play golf which simply gets beginners learning how to do a good golf swing very fast. Many of these people just want to be able to get a few good golf hits atrepparttar 133261 company "beer and food" celebration type of scramble golf tournament.

A number of my students have come back to me saying that they "had a hoot" at their company golf tournament. They met new business clients, they met new friends, they found a new way to drink beer and swallow kaviar (whoops!), or whatever. And, because they were new to golf they had to look into getting some golf equipment and find places to golf. The result? The golf pros, who did not getrepparttar 133263 lesson money, got other golf related expenses from these new golfers.

I toiled at this for about $10.00 per hour just to see wonderful people of all ages get a gentle start into an activity which I have a great passion for.

I am happy that I got involved.

Surprising Techniques

For your early interest I do teach a putting method which is a miniature version ofrepparttar 133265 full swing and almost every other swing in-between. How simple golf can be if you can practice putting and, atrepparttar 133266 same time, actually practice parts of your full swing.

For your interest I do have a golf lesson which gets new or struggling golfers hittingrepparttar 133267 ball like good golfers within 30 minutes in their first lesson. The only times I have failed at doing this is when we just had such a good time chatting about things duringrepparttar 133268 30 minutes that it just took longer to go through my lesson.

Here is another important thought. My teaching will lead you into various golf swing methods which you see advertised. Arizona Doctor Discovers Triathlons as the Ultimate Weight Loss Program - Loses Sixty Pounds.

The use ofrepparttar heart rate monitor became a very useful tool. It kept me from working too hard or too easy. The monitor I was using,repparttar 133254 Polar 610, also came with software. I was able to download all of my exercise sessions into a computer. Then I was able to objectively document my exercise sessions. The software was able to track my calories burned during exercise, my average heart rate, hours spent exercising per week, and much more. After every exercise session actually looked forward to downloading my session to see how I did.

It also allowed me to exercise at different heart rates. One day I would run at 70% of my maximum heart rate for 10 minutes, then bike at 80% of my maximum heart rate for 10 minutes, then go back to running at 70% for another 10 minutes. The next day I would just bike for 40 min. But I would again exercise at different heart rates, 10 min at 70%, and 5 minutes at 80%, and 10 minutes at 75 %, and 5 minutes at 80%, and then 10 minutes at 70%. This was a fun way to exercise and I actually began to look forward to exercising,repparttar 133255 whole process was less boring.

I kept up with this type of training for five months. Onrepparttar 133256 day of my first triathlon, I was forty pounds lighter.

Some how, some way, I did it. I finished my first triathlon, and as crazy as it sounds I really enjoyed myself. I was feeling good about my accomplishment, but I still had some serious weight to lose. So I found another triathlon race six months later, signed up for it and continued training. The weight just kept coming off and coming off.

Atrepparttar 133257 time of my second race, eleven months after learning about triathlons, I had lost sixty pounds.

It seemed like every week one of my patients, whom I had not seen for months, would come in for a treatment. The reactions were alwaysrepparttar 133258 same, doc whatrepparttar 133259 heck happened to you, you look like a totally different person!

I felt like a different person too, I was running without knee pain, I was happier at work, my relationship with my family was better, I was no longer embarrassed to go to a pool party orrepparttar 133260 water park, in fact I looked forward to them.

My patients andrepparttar 133261 members ofrepparttar 133262 health club where my office was located were constantly asking me about my weight loss. I remember one ofrepparttar 133263 gym members walking up to my desk and looking at my before and after pictures. As I am sitting here writing this article, it has been a year since my first triathlon. Just a few weeks ago, I raced in my third race and I actually managed to finish second in my age group.

As a result of getting into triathlons, not only do I have a new body, I have a new life.
