The fifth card represents what has transpired in past.
The sixth card represents what will take place in immediate future.
The seventh card represents fears of person. Generally, this card will show you what is inside of them that is blocking him or her from reaching their desired outcome. It can also represent atmosphere or influences that strongly affect questioner.
The eighth card represents how others see person or situation.
The ninth card represents hopes and fears that questioner might have for future.
The tenth card represents predicted outcome of situation or actual answer to question.
