The main reason why bill was not renewed is NRA, National Rifle Association. The members of NRA have been waiting for this day since 1994. The group is so powerful to stop a weapon from getting banned because of their money and ability to persuade public. If members of congress were to renew bill, their days in would be limited.

The NRA has power to make or break political career of any man or woman. They do this by spending millions of dollars placing negative ads against them. In return voters see politicians as ‘evil’ and vote someone else to take their place. In an election year it is extremely important to congressmen and women to stay away from such harm.

The members of Congress know that selling of assault weapons is immoral and should be banned. The problem is that NRA holds so much power they will not even bring issue to floor.

The people of United States need a ban on assault weapons. Write your congressmen today to have this done.

George W. Bush’s arrogance towards North Korea is even worse. The United States knew they were trying to create nuclear weapons, however did nothing to stop it. Instead USA is now trying to have stop production of their 10th nuclear weapon and not even dealing logically towards making a peace treaty or having them dismantle weapons which have ability to kill millions of lives within China, South Korea, Japan and possibly Taiwan.

His egotism towards veterans’ and retired people’s Social Security has led to his new “plan” which in return asks veterans retired Americans to give up their health benefits and lead to paying 37%, even more as years roll on, towards medications.

Bush’s idea of job creation is poor as well. His idea of creating jobs within United States is that of creating jobs at McDonalds and other faculties which pay on average $9,000 per year, far less than what is needed to pay bills and have an adequate education for our children.

What is worse is that his outsourcing of jobs will only lead to even more low paying ones and a higher tax burden on average American.

We need to do something about this now. Vote against Bush, even if it is for a third party. Do not vote for George W. Bush in November! He is destroying America, land which we love and have died for through so many wars. Let’s elect a new president to save our freedom and land we love.
