Putting a pillow beneath small of back, and thus propping up abdomen, is both extremely comfortable, and also an effective remedy for some snorers. This position helps open up airway, and expand lungs. For those snorers who snore predominantly through their mouth, it might be helpful to learn that sleeping on one’s side helps keep mouth closed. However, many snorers actually snore out of both their mouth and nose, and this may not solve problem. It may, however, lessen it somewhat; which, at least in big picture, is a positive step!

The key to creative procrastination is to recognise which things you should and shouldn't do. By all means, learn to overcome habit of procrastinating on good actions, but let yourself get into habit of waiting to do harmful or time-wasting things. Of course it's better to quit bad habits and actions, but this is really just an easier way to quit. Put off smoking that cigarette often enough, and you'll be smoking less of them. Wait a couple days to go eat that fast food, and you're breaking habit, one step at a time. That's creative procrastination.

Steve Gillman writes on many self help topics including boosting brainpower, losing weight, meditation, habits of mind, creative problem solving, learning gratitude, generating luck and anything related to self improvement. You'll find more at http://www.SelfImprovementNow.com
