Julie and I now meet in cafes, or at one of our homes so that we don't have to do our work alone. We share that we don't have to work at all, but work when we want to. Our websites and campaigns do most of work for us.

I have found joy with my friend Julie Fast. We celebrated my birthday on Oregon Coast--my cake had a big "E" on it. We've recently started talking about e-books on radio, teaching classes about e-books, and we even wrote a 100 page e-book together called “Make A Living Selling E-Books”.

Well I thought I would share our little story with others. Our lifestyle is too good to keep all to ourselves.

Sure, CNN will be full-video in 5 years. But I can ALREADY watch TV!

Sure, "BIGCOs" of world are moving their current business online, and will become progressively more visually oriented.

But that reduces Net to a more efficient catalog or a faster way to do business.

Small business people will remain backbone, real reason for Net to even exist. And THAT Internet will STAY text-based for at least 10 years, likely much longer. -----SIDEBAR----

Phew, glad I got THAT off my chest. Now, where was I? Oh yes, Web is a TEXT communication medium. However...

Somewhere along way, we have become obsessed with everything except how to write that TEXT. I can't overemphasize its supreme importance. ANYONE who communicates on Net, even if it's only via e-mail, NEEDS this book. (It is "#1 must reading" for our support staff.)

In truth, it's not ONLY for online marketers...
