4) Distribution / Give Away Right Do you have 'Right" to distribute or give away for free? Whom you are allowed to give away, general visitors, in house list subscribers or only existing customers?
5) Supports The supports you will get on products? Very important especially about content of material, who is going to help your customers, yourself, your reseller or author?
6) Update Will you be provided with any product update? How often update to be done, how products are to be updated, add-in new or amended parts or whole new products (digital ebook)?
7) Geography Restriction Where you are allowed to sell products? Online, offline or both? If online, what and which type of websites? While offline, which area, organization, state or country? (hardcopy products)
8) Sales Figure Disclosure Do you need to disclose any sales reports or figure to author or resellers? (Normally this is not practice in Internet) If so, in what basis report should be, per sale, weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.
By knowing above, one will get their products worth its weight and could earn more money by Reprint and Resell them!
