5. You are conscious of each choice you make as you go through your day, and recognize that life is created through these 'little' choices, or non-choices, for that matter. You experience joy with each choice you make.

6. There are no awkward relationships. When you are fully present inrepparttar moment, repparttar 123403 past slips off your shoulders. This is true even if you have not yet completely healedrepparttar 123404 past. When you are fully present in this moment, you allow repparttar 123405 other person to be fully present inrepparttar 123406 moment, and you see them as they are now, not as they used to be. (This can often berepparttar 123407 beginning of healingrepparttar 123408 past).

Allow yourself to be onrepparttar 123409 lookout for these signals, and congratulate yourself every time you notice yourself living inrepparttar 123410 moment!

Fear of Forever

Written by Louise Morganti Kaelin

Recently, I was involved in a workshop on Life Planning. Whenrepparttar leader askedrepparttar 123402 question 'What is stopping you from havingrepparttar 123403 life you want', I was shocked when I realized my uncensored answer was 'what if it'srepparttar 123404 wrong path?'. This is more of that 'forever' thinking. There truly is no such thing asrepparttar 123405 'wrong' path. My logical mind knows this: there are no mistakes, there is only experience.

And yet, I was surprised that this fear had resurfaced. Once we have a major realization, we often think that it's behind us, that it won't come up again. Life lessons, however, tend to come at us 'onion-fashion'. We peel off one layer, work with that a bit, and then one day (sometimes years later) we findrepparttar 123406 next layer.

So how am I dealing with this Fear of Forever? I've come up with a phrase that I find helpful, and I have a huge sign on my desktop: 'Forever is for as long as it feels right'. It may seem silly, but it lets me take a deep breath and putrepparttar 123407 whole 'forever' thing in perspective. And without doing that, there are some wonderful big steps (like getting married) that I might never have taken.

It is not less of a commitment torepparttar 123408 thing that I am choosing. In fact, I think it helps me stay focused inrepparttar 123409 moment and living inrepparttar 123410 'now' rather than inrepparttar 123411 past or future. In reality, all we have is now. No one can know whatrepparttar 123412 future can bring. That's part ofrepparttar 123413 adventure of life. All I know for sure is that I'm not going to letrepparttar 123414 fear of forever stop me from delighting inrepparttar 123415 joy ofrepparttar 123416 present!
