4. Think about Wardrobe: Now I amrepparttar type who dresses according to how I feel when I get up.dressy, funky, comfortable. So each night, I make sure I put together 2 or 3 outfits, and hang them out onrepparttar 123723 front ofrepparttar 123724 closet. (Tip: Never have anything hanging in your Main Closet that needs cleaning, needs repair, or doesn't fit). That way, I still have a choice, but don't have to destroy my closet - and my sanity - trying to find something to wear each day. This works for kids, and husbands, too. Some people don't mind decidingrepparttar 123725 night before, so you might just have one outfit ready, but if you're a little onrepparttar 123726 kooky side like me, give yourself some breathing room.

5. Think about Leaving: The house, that is. Similar to what you have set up for each person inrepparttar 123727 house for lunch fixings, also have baskets located strategically for going outrepparttar 123728 door. These baskets should hold ONLY stuff that you need forrepparttar 123729 next day -- keys, school stuff, dry cleaning, errands lists, cell phone, store returns, etc. Anything that is going outrepparttar 123730 doorrepparttar 123731 next morning should be in that person's basket before they go to bed. (TIP: The "basket" might be backpacks forrepparttar 123732 kids and might hang onrepparttar 123733 back of kitchen chairs.). No last minute searches forrepparttar 123734 video to return, or writing a note torepparttar 123735 teacher. It's all ready and waiting for you to just pick up and GO.

Now -- Think about all that EXTRA SLEEP you'll get!

Don't try to do it all at once. Implement one step at a time. After you get this system in place, all 5 steps should take you less than 15 minutes inrepparttar 123736 evening - and save you loads of time inrepparttar 123737 morning. And you'll go to sleep knowing that your morning is going to be calm, pleasant, and organized.

5. Stop Reading, Start Doing: We live in an amazing world of information. Most people have access to more choices and information than they've ever had. Even our children are faced with decisions based on their broader ability to receive information. But. information without action is useless. Stop looking for a Quick Fix inrepparttar next book. Putrepparttar 123721 information you already have to work in your life. Ask yourself, "What can I do today to start to build up a reserve (of cash, of time, of food, of friends) that will help me live without fear?"

6. Stop Analyzing, Start Living. A lot of psycho- babble teaches us that we need to knowrepparttar 123722 "why" about our behavior before we can address it. Andrepparttar 123723 "why" can sometimes help correct a problem, or give you a reason for your action.. But most of what we all do on a daily basis is notrepparttar 123724 product of some deep dark psychological reason. It's habit. Change your habits, and you'll change your life. Change your attitude and you'll change your life. Change your environment and you'll change your life. Ask yourself, "What habit isrepparttar 123725 biggest obstacle to achieving my goals?"

7. Ask For What You Want. It's time to stop expecting other people to read your mind. Think about how frustrating it is for you when someone expects you to know what they are thinking. It's just a set up for failure. Be willing to ask concisely, pleasantly, and honestly for what you want and need in your life. Ask yourself, "Do I expect people in my life to 'justknow' what I need and want? Am I able to do that for other people on a 99% correct basis? No! So I will respect others by telling them what I need, and asking them to tell me as well."
