By Wade McNutt, National Natural Bodybuilding Champion

Are you frustrated withrepparttar lack of growth you’re experiencing? Then read on…

FACT ONErepparttar 114252 reason bodybuilders don’t grow is because they don’t know what state there body is in to start with.

FACT TWO they don’t know how to changerepparttar 114253 state they are in to induce growth. . Guess what? If you do not train properly you will never stimulate you muscles to grow. Improper training is one ofrepparttar 114254 biggest reasons why most people never getrepparttar 114255 desired results form training.

FACT THREE they do not know what route to take to get there (build muscles). Most bodybuilders have no real system that changes as there body gets used torepparttar 114256 training stress they are currently handling. They walk inrepparttar 114257 gym pick random exercises and rep ranges put there time in and come home. Where isrepparttar 114258 science in that? FACT FOUR (which occurs primarily with steroid users who artificially build there muscles) is they can’t keeprepparttar 114259 muscles they built with drugs because they don’t know how to train or eat inrepparttar 114260 first place. Once they stop taking drugs there muscles disappear leaving them skinny, fat and in a worse state then if they had never used drugs.

FACT FIVE they do not regularly monitor biofeedback to determine when to change their training to continue growing. If you are not keeping record of your training there is no way you are maximizing your gains. FACT NINE they do not invest in professional specific coaching to help them achieve their best results. Consider this what athlete inrepparttar 114264 world got torepparttar 114265 top of his game without coaching. I will tell you absolutely none! Many bodybuilders erroneously think that they can maximize muscle growth with out coaching. Guess what they are dead wrong!

How Pain Serves as Your Body's Warning Signal

Written by Vicki Rackner MD

Pain is likerepparttar warning lights on your car's dashboard. It alerts you to something that needs investigation. Pain serves an important function. It's your body's way of saying, "Pay attention."

We all avoid pain. You wouldn't knowingly slam your thumb inrepparttar 114251 car door or touch a hot stove. It's human nature to avoid situations that cause pain, and we do what we can to rid ourselves ofrepparttar 114252 pain as soon as possible -- such as taking an aspirin for a minor headache.

When your pain is severe enough, or worrisome enough -- or lasts long enough -- you find yourself in your doctor's office. Then, ideally, you and your doctor figure out what's causingrepparttar 114253 pain and fixrepparttar 114254 underlying cause. The most satisfying encounters for both you and your doctor occur whenrepparttar 114255 pain points to a clear diagnosis; you're treated andrepparttar 114256 disease is cured. A good example is a cough and pain inrepparttar 114257 chest when taking a deep breath leading torepparttar 114258 diagnosis of pneumonia that is cured with antibiotics. But not all pain is solved that easily.

Each of us tolerates pain differently -- even pain fromrepparttar 114259 same cause. Surprisingly, repparttar 114260 patient who would complainrepparttar 114261 most bitterly when we injected a local anesthetic that tended to burn a little was notrepparttar 114262 frail 80-year-old grandmother, it wasrepparttar 114263 strapping 25-year-old body builder who said he "wasn't afraid of nothin." Those are alsorepparttar 114264 patients most likely to faint when blood was taken.

As a surgeon, I did many "lumps and bumps" operations. Depending onrepparttar 114265 patient's tolerance for pain, I could performrepparttar 114266 procedure in my office or inrepparttar 114267 operating room, where, among other things, sedation was available. It usually was clear whether a procedure could be done inrepparttar 114268 office or requiredrepparttar 114269 support ofrepparttar 114270 operating room staff.

Then there wererepparttar 114271 judgment calls. It could go either way. If I looked atrepparttar 114272 top of a patient's head and saw orange or red, repparttar 114273 patient would go torepparttar 114274 operating room. My experience supportsrepparttar 114275 thinking that redheads are more sensitive to pain.

How do you get pain to move from "pay attention"' to "problem fixed?"

Your doctor needs help from you when your "pain light" flashes on. There is no way your doctor can measure your pain. Sure we can check your heart rate, which tends to beat faster if you're in pain, or your blood pressure, which also rises. Clues like a fever or a high white blood cell count that can point torepparttar 114276 cause ofrepparttar 114277 pain; they don't measure your experience ofrepparttar 114278 pain.

Only you know what your pain feels like.

Sometimesrepparttar 114279 cause ofrepparttar 114280 pain can be identified beforerepparttar 114281 doctor even sees you. The broken bone on an X-ray, abnormal blood thyroid level or malignant prostate cells on a pathology slide speak for themselves. Sometimes tests will show what is not causingrepparttar 114282 pain: a normal EKG usually means that your chest pain is not from a heart attack, and a normal breast exam, mammogram and breast ultrasound suggest that breast pain is not caused by breast cancer.

No test can exclude a medical condition with 100 percent certainty. Or in medical lingo, tests can have "false negatives" -- meaning you haverepparttar 114283 condition even thoughrepparttar 114284 test says you don't. This is another reason you want your doctor to perform a complete evaluation, and not just make a diagnosis overrepparttar 114285 telephone.
